Intro

WA-Consulting was founded in 2015 by Arnaud Willems after 7 years of experience in the private and public sector. WA-Consulting was founded with the passion of helping and guiding customers with technical challenges within the SAP portfolio.

As companies grow the IT Landscape often lacks the flexibility to keep up with quickly changing technical requirements. Designing a long lasting flexible landscape is key for business to grow. At WA-Consulting we help customers make the right dissension to overcome the risks involved running an IT Landscape.

Integration Management

As a projects grows, one cannot assume things always go as planned. Mitigating the risks (planning, interfering projects, etc.) is one of the many aspects that needs to be taking into consideration when building a plan. We help clients from start to finish with all the managing activities. Successful projects are only successful if it is well received by the users. With that in mind WA-Consulting will make sure that change-management and hypercare will be part of the project.

Landscape Redesign

Building Long, medium and short term roadmaps to provide the client with a strategy to improve their SAP solutions and at the same time design the landscape in such fashion that it provides the flexible to apply changes.

UI strategy

SAP has come a long way when it comes to look and feel of there application. A transition from Web Dynpro, BSP, etc to a UI5 Fiori and organizing them according to the best practices is not as strait forward as one might think. We at WA-Consulting, help the client with there transition to the new way of exposing SAP application.

Arnaud Willems

SAP solutions architect, seasoned ABAP developer and SAP integration manager. Assisting organizations to evaluate new and existing SAP landscapes to a stable and futureproof platform. Key specialties include coordinating SAP upgrades and guide customers to new innovative SAP software. Organizations benefit from Arnauds deep technical skills to translate, challenge and map product capabilities to business operations.

Technical SAP specialist reviewing SAP landscape blueprints and technical specifications, translation of business need to a technical solution. Coordination between business stakeholders and technical support teams and system integrators. Arnaud is also an expert at technical troubleshooting during system errors, developing system performance processes and dashboards to maximize system uptime and aid predictions to system failures.

Arnaud began his journey in university studying to become an SAP software developer, after several years of experience working at Deloitte, Arnauds unique in depth product knowledge and ability to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities with customers SAP landscapes brought Arnaud to an integration role. Arnauds responsibilities include working with customers to ensure SAP software and hardware is deployed in a sustainable and optimal manner whilst ensuring customers are selecting cost effective solutions.
